About the Church
Founded in 2005, The Glorious Fountain Christian Centre (GFCC) is a non-denominational multi-cultural church led by Apostle Vincent Ibhaze. GFCC is known for her charitable works across denominational lines.
GFCC also known as The Royalty Church operates as a non-profit organization with her principal campus in Lagos, South-west Nigeria. Deeply rooted in the local & global communities. The Glorious Fountain Christian centre charter is to extend a hand of help to the needy, a heart of compassion to the hurting, and the message of empowerment to the disenfranchised with the sole aim of raising heroic generations that will do exploits for Christ.
Church Demographics: Youth comprises 53% of the total congregation which is unusually high for a new generation church. The church brings together the “down and out”, the less privileged and people from all other walks of life to worship and serve together in one or more of the innumerable different ministries.
The ministries includes: Strategic Advanced Leadership Training programs (SALT), GFAN outreach, and GLM helps (charity).
Our Mission
Raising disciples who will in turn raise other disciples to become church leaders, for the perfecting of the saints and the edification of the body of Christ. – Matt. 28:19, Eph. 4:11-12
Giving hope to the needy and the less-privileged through the benevolence of Grace in Christ. – 2 Cor . 9:9
Rehabilitation of street boys and destitutes for the salvation of their souls and establishment in the faith of Christ Jesus. – Isa. 61:3-4
Imparting the globe through the message of faith and bringing men into the full knowledge of God’s Grace and Love. – Matt. 4:23- 25, Eph. 4:13
Tenets of Faith
We believe the sure word of prophecy, the Holy scriptures, is the inspired and infallible Word of God, written by Holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. – 2 Peter 1:21, 2 Peter 1:19
We believe in one God who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributes, and purposes, as well as omniscient and omnipresent. – Ps. 139:7 – 10, Col. 1:16, Jer. 32:17, Eph. 1:19
We believe that He was revealed to us as Father in creation, as Son in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust Him. – 1 John 5:7, John 14:6-9, Rev. 19:11-13
We believe in a holy, sanctified life. – 1 Thess. 4:3-4, 2 Thess. 2:13, 1 Peter 1:2
We believe that in Jesus dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, for it pleased the Father that in Him should all the fullness dwell. – Col. 1:14-19, Col. 2:9
We believe in the virgin birth; Jesus was both human and divine. He was God manifested in the flesh. – Matt 1:20-23, John 1:14
We believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.- John 19:33 – 42, John 20:1 – 22
We believe that He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit (the Holy Ghost), which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago, and it is this same Spirit that is filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today. – Acts 2:1-4, Eph. 4:8
We believe in Baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and also in Baptism of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. This constitutes the new birth. – Matt. 3:5-16, Gal. 3:27, 1 Cor. 12:13
We believe there is power in the blood of Jesus; that the Holy Communion is a celebration of Jesus’ death and our remembrance of the Covenant with Him. – 1 Cor. 10:16 -17, Matt. 26:26-30, John 6:47-58
We believe also in the glorious catching away of the saints when Jesus returns in the clouds in glory to take His people to Heaven. – 1 Thess. 4:12- 18
We believe Heaven is the final home of the saint and lake of fire is the final home of satan, his demons, and everyone who refuses to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Saviour- Matt. 13:40-43
